Microsoft 365 Health Check

Scans your M365 tenant against 27 security controls — takes about 30 seconds

  1. Go to /m365-health/ or open from the Assessments page
  2. Click “Sign In & Scan My Tenant”
  3. Sign in with your Microsoft 365 admin account (not a regular user account)
  4. Grant read-only permissions when prompted — this is required for the scan
  5. Review your score and the remediation checklist
???? Hint: You need to be a Global Admin or Security Reader in M365 to run this scan. If you’re not an admin, share the link with your IT manager.

Dark Web Assessment

Check if your business email domain has been found in data breaches

  1. Go to /dark-web-assessment/ or open from the Assessments page
  2. Enter your business domain (e.g., yourcompany.com)
  3. Enter your name and email to receive the full report
  4. Click “Check Now” — results appear within seconds
???? Hint: Use your company’s primary email domain — not a personal Gmail or Yahoo. The scan checks data breach databases for leaked credentials tied to your domain.

????

Domain Email Security Scanner

Checks your SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records — protects against email spoofing

  1. Go to /domain-scanner/ or open from the Assessments page
  2. Enter your company’s email domain (e.g., yourcompany.com)
  3. Click “Scan Domain”
  4. Review your SPF, DKIM, and DMARC results — green = good, red = needs fixing
???? Hint: If any records show red/missing, this means someone could potentially send emails that appear to come from your domain. Call Computer Central to fix this.

????

Phishing Awareness Test

7 real-world phishing scenarios — can you spot the fake emails?

  1. Go to /phishing-test/ or open from the Assessments page
  2. Click “Start the Test”
  3. For each email shown, decide: Phishing or Legitimate
  4. Review your score — share with your team for training!
