What Is Not Covered Under Secure+

On-site support visits
Secure+ does not include a bank of on-site hours. On-site is available as a billable add-on. Upgrade to Monitor+ for a monthly bank, or Manage+ for unlimited on-site.
After-hours / emergency support
After-hours response is available at standard rates. Monitor+ gets a discounted rate; Manage+ includes it.
Datto Workplace (file sync & share)
File sync & share via Datto Workplace is a Manage+ inclusion. Available as an add-on at standard pricing.
Unlimited remote support
Secure+ includes business-hours remote support. Manage+ upgrades this to unlimited with no ticket limits.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I get Secure+ without a long-term agreement?
Yes — we can offer Secure+ on a month-to-month basis, but not at the same rate as our standard 12-month service agreement. The annual plan is priced to reflect the predictability and staffing commitment on our end. If you prefer maximum flexibility with no annual commitment, take a look at our Freedom+ plan, which is built exactly for that.
What is included in remote support under Secure+?
Secure+ covers business hours remote helpdesk support, Monday through Friday, 9 AM–5 PM. This covers troubleshooting, software issues, user onboarding assistance, and general IT requests. On-site visits are available as a billable add-on — upgrade to Monitor+ for a monthly bank of on-site hours, or Manage+ for unlimited on-site.
Can I upgrade to a higher plan later?
Absolutely. All three managed plans (Secure+, Monitor+, Manage+) run on the same platform and stack. Upgrading simply adds services to your agreement — your documentation, history, and environment all stay intact with no disruption.
Does Secure+ include Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace licensing?
Licensing is billed separately — Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace licenses are sourced through us at CSP pricing. What's included in Secure+ is the full administration, configuration, and ongoing management of whichever platform you use.
