Can I get Monitor+ without a long-term agreement?
Yes — we can offer Monitor+ on a month-to-month basis, but not at the same rate as our standard 12-month service agreement. The annual plan rate reflects the predictability and resource commitment that enables us to staff your account properly. For maximum flexibility with no annual lock-in, our Freedom+ plan is the right starting point.
How does the on-site hours bank work?
Monitor+ includes a monthly bank of on-site support hours that rolls into your plan. These can be used for in-person troubleshooting, hardware swaps, office visits, or new employee setup. Hours not used in a given month do not roll over, but your coverage resets each billing cycle.
What is the discounted after-hours rate?
Monitor+ clients receive a preferential rate for after-hours and emergency support compared to standard on-demand rates. The exact rate is defined in your service agreement. Manage+ includes after-hours support at no additional charge.
Can I start on Monitor+ and move to Manage+ later?
Yes. Upgrading between plans is seamless — your environment, documentation, and history all transfer automatically since all plans are built on the same platform. We'll simply adjust your agreement and add the additional services.
