Is Freedom+ really month-to-month with no long-term commitment?
Yes. Freedom+ is a true month-to-month service — no annual contract, no minimum term. You can cancel with 30 days written notice and there are no early termination fees or penalties. It's designed for businesses that want professional managed IT services without the commitment of a 12-month agreement.
How does Freedom+ pricing compare to the annual plans?
Freedom+ is priced higher on a per-service basis than our bundled annual plans (Secure+, Monitor+, Manage+). The premium reflects the flexibility of month-to-month terms and the à la carte structure. If you know you need comprehensive managed IT long-term, our annual plans offer significantly better per-user value. Freedom+ is ideal if you need specific services, want to test managed IT before committing, or have a smaller team with targeted needs.
Can I mix and match any services I want?
Absolutely. That's the core idea behind Freedom+. You can choose any combination of services from our catalog — support, security, backup, collaboration, or domain hygiene — and set quantities based on your actual user count, workstation count, or number of domains. There are no forced bundles.
Can I add or remove services after I sign up?
Yes. Because Freedom+ is month-to-month, your plan can be adjusted at any time. Adding a new service or scaling up quantities typically takes effect the following billing cycle. Removing services or reducing quantities requires a short written notice consistent with your service agreement.
What happens if I decide I want to move to an annual plan later?
Many Freedom+ clients transition to one of our annual plans after they've experienced the quality of our service. The migration is seamless — your environment is already documented and onboarded. We'll work with you to determine the right tier (Secure+, Monitor+, or Manage+) based on your usage and needs. The annual rate will typically be meaningfully lower per user than Freedom+.
Does Freedom+ include a dedicated account manager or vCIO advisory?
Freedom+ does not include a dedicated account manager or vCIO services — those are exclusive to our annual Manage+ plan. You will have a responsive support team and a named point of contact for onboarding, but the structured quarterly roadmap reviews and strategic advisory included in Manage+ are not part of Freedom+. If those services are important to your business,
Manage+ may be a better fit.
Are the prices shown in the builder the final prices?
The builder provides a real-time estimate based on our standard Freedom+ rates. Final pricing is confirmed during a short discovery call, where we review your environment to ensure the service selections are appropriate for your setup. In most cases the final price matches the estimate — occasionally it adjusts slightly based on environment complexity.
