What exactly does "unlimited onsite" mean?
It means we send a technician to your location without billing you per-trip or per-hour. Hardware swap, office move, new user setup, or a complex issue that needs hands-on resolution — all included in your monthly rate.
Is after-hours support available on holidays?
Yes. Manage+ includes after-hours and weekend emergency support. For major holidays we maintain an on-call rotation for critical incidents. We'll define response tiers together during onboarding.
What is a vCIO and how often do we meet?
Your vCIO is a senior-level advisor who functions as your virtual Chief Information Officer. We recommend quarterly formal reviews plus an annual strategic planning session. You also have access for ad-hoc calls on major decisions like cloud migrations, acquisitions, or compliance projects.
Do I still need to buy Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace licenses separately?
Yes — Microsoft and Google licensing is billed separately (we can source it for you at CSP pricing). What's included in Manage+ is the full administration, configuration, security hardening, and ongoing management of whichever platform you use.
What contract length is required for Manage+?
Manage+ is offered as an annual service agreement with 60 days written notice required for changes. This allows us to staff appropriately and maintain the tooling that delivers a premium experience. If you need month-to-month flexibility, see our Freedom+ plan.
Can I select Manage+ without a long-term agreement?
Yes — we can offer Manage+ on a month-to-month basis, but not at the same price as our standard 12-month service term. The annual rate reflects the operational commitment and staffing investment required to deliver the unlimited onsite and after-hours coverage Manage+ provides. Can we start on Secure+ and upgrade to Manage+ later?
Absolutely. All three managed plans (Secure+, Monitor+, Manage+) are built on the same platform. Upgrading simply adds services to your agreement — your history, documentation, and environment stay intact.
