How to Request New Employee Onboarding

Everything we need to get a new team member fully set up — email, devices, software, and secure access.

Submit early: Please submit the onboarding request at least two business days before the employee's start date to guarantee everything is ready on Day 1. Requests submitted with less notice may result in delays.

How to Submit the Request

Takes about 3 minutes to complete the form

  1. Go to the Client Resources page and find the New Employee Onboarding card
  2. Click Submit Request to open the onboarding form
  3. Fill in all required fields (see checklist below)
  4. Submit — you will receive a confirmation email and we will follow up if anything is missing

Full name As it should appear in the email system
Personal email Used to send initial login credentials securely
Desired company email e.g., jsmith@yourcompany.com
Start date When accounts should be active
Reporting manager For organizational directory setup
Hardware needed? Let us know if we need to source and image a new device
Additional software Anything beyond standard Microsoft 365
Access template (optional) An existing employee whose permissions to mirror
