How to Request Employee Offboarding

Securely deactivate accounts, protect company data, and revoke all access when an employee departs.

How to Submit the Request

Submit as soon as a departure is confirmed — earlier notice means smoother transitions

  1. Go to the Client Resources page and find the Employee Offboarding card
  2. Click Submit Request to open the offboarding form
  3. Fill in all required fields (see checklist below)
  4. Submit — we will confirm receipt and begin processing on the requested last-access date

Departing employee name & email Full name and company email address
Last working day The date and time accounts should be deactivated
Termination type Planned, immediate, or sensitive/disciplinary
Email forwarding Who should receive emails after departure (optional)
Data retention preference Archive mailbox and files, or delete after 30 days
