Owner and operator Mike McCabe boasts 20 years of extensive experience in the irrigation and landscaping industry. He began his career at a small family landscape company, mastering residential and light commercial irrigation. His tenure at larger landscape organizations saw him rise through the ranks to become the Head of Irrigation. After becoming one of the first to obtain a state license in irrigation he pursued his dream and founded Grow With The Flow. At work, Mike enjoys overcoming the challenges that regularly come with the trade. At home, he enjoys spending time on the water with family and friends, whether it’s on the lakes or sportfishing in the sea.

Lauren McCabe, along with Mike, played a pivotal role in establishing Grow With The Flow. With a background in business, marketing, and management, she takes on the responsibility of ensuring smooth operations. When Grow With The Flow first launched, Lauren was new to landscaping, but she has since gained valuable knowledge and developed a strong appreciation for the industry. She enjoys being in nature and takes pride in being part of a company that prioritizes green spaces. In her free time, Lauren delights in paddling through Florida’s crystal-clear springs and swimming with manatees.

Karen has spent most of her life around the landscaping industry and has worked professionally in it for the past year. Throughout her career she has held various roles, including Project Estimator and Technology Project Manager. At Grow With The Flow, she enjoys being part of a collaborative team that adds color and beauty to our communities. Karen appreciates the diverse responsibilities of her role, as each project is unique. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, boating, fishing, and spending time with her family, grandchildren, and friends.

Raymundo Mendez has been in the landscaping industry for over 30 years. He has worked as a foreman, supervisor, and also ran his own company for 12 years. Ray is drawn to the landscaping industry because of the transformation it brings, turning something raw and ugly into something beautiful. He has been with Grow With The Flow for two years and feels grateful to be with a company that makes him feel like family. During his time there, he has helped the team grow from just a couple of trucks to numerous crews. Outside of work, Ray enjoys fishing, camping, traveling, and spending time with his family.

Jose was born and raised in Mexico and came to the United States at the age of 17, where he quickly began his career in landscaping. With approximately 33 years of experience in the industry, he has managed many well-known large-scale projects throughout the Orlando area and beyond. His passion for landscaping stems from his creativity and his desire to help restore nature by planting beautiful trees and plants. Additionally, he enjoys using his extensive knowledge of landscaping to teach the younger generation. Jose spends his free time with his family and welcomes the opportunities for fishing trips.

Kody has worked in the landscaping industry for 15 years, starting as a laborer then holding titles of foreman, and supervisor. Now, he is utilizing his technical expertise and strong leadership abilities to spearhead our residential division. He values the simplicity of water and landscape in transforming spaces. Kody enjoys working at Grow With The Flow because it’s a small, family-owned business where everyone knows each other. He also values the potential for personal and professional growth within the company. Outside of work, Kody enjoys spending quality time with his family and going fishing.
