OUR FOUNDERS
Mike McCabe
Founder, CEO
Owner and operator Mike McCabe has 20 years of extensive experience in the irrigation and landscaping industry. He developed his skills at his uncle’s company, focusing on residential and light commercial irrigation. His career progressed in larger landscaping organizations, where he eventually became the Head of Irrigation. After fulfilling all requirements and passing rigorous tests, Mike proudly obtained his Florida State Irrigation License. At work, he particularly enjoys troubleshooting irrigation issues. In his free time, Mike loves spending time on the water with family and friends, whether they are at the lakes or sport fishing at sea.
Lauren McCabe
Founder, CFO / Office Manager
Lauren McCabe, along with Mike, was a key part of establishing Grow with the Flow. With a background in business, marketing, and managerial positions, she embraces the responsibility of ensuring smooth operations. Lauren enjoys nature and is proud be part of a company that prioritizes green space. In her free time, she finds joy in paddling Florida’s crystal-clear springs and swimming with manatees.
